  1. As I've started using this technique, I've come across a problem. How do we refresh the numbering sequence? For example, if we insert a numbered item somewhere in the middle of the list, how can we refresh the numbering to keep it accurate and up to date? Thanks so much!

UPDATE: I found the solution. Use <ctrl><A> to highlight the entire document, and then press F9.

  2. Dear Sir, I am not able to find QUICK PARTS nor FIELD, am using Excel 2010. I try to find in Customize but didn't find also. please guide me, also I try to use SORT & FILTER but not easy and also I've to create Custom Sort.

  3. Added a new video that should do what you want. You can put the number anywhere in the document and it will add one for every new document created using the template. My microphone isn't working so there isn't any audio. Let me know what you think.

  4. You should be able to put this right into a document header. If your order sheets are just one page, you should be able to put a page number into the header and hit Ctrl-Enter to create a new page. Is this what you are looking for?
