  1. I followed your instructions and everything worked fine, until after I'd been adding content to my document, I decided to add some additional heading. When I go to my table and click on it, the option to update table is not available.

  2. Q: I want to create a level 4 subheading that is on the same line as the sentence that follows. Word keeps turning the whole paragraph into the subheading. Is there a way around this? Thanks.
