While this is a nice feature, I do not dare use it.  Not because it is not useful or cool, but my position is one of teaching, training, and assisting others.  If I do not learn where the commands are when I go and help others and am dependent on a "my tools" tab – I will be of little use to others as my crutch tab will be gone. 

    For the novice user, this makes it so that they do not learn the ribbon.  If they ever plan to use someone else's machine – they will not be able to find the commands quickly.  Is that worth it?

    As for the video: Well done – nicely explained.
